Modern living with original charm.

This project was done in partnership with Residential Growth Properties! My husband, Corey Lee, principal of Residential Growth was the listing agent on these two condominium units. We took an older home in the Eckington neighborhood of DC and transformed it into two beautiful, for sale condominium units.

We took the house down to the studs and replaced everything except for the original hardwood floors, staircase and bannister and large pocket doors. We love the details you can find in older DC homes and so blending the old and new is a look we try to achieve in the homes we develop. The units both have high-efficiency HVAC and plumbing units, high-end stainless steel appliances, solid wood doors and cabinetry, lots of storage, and great natural light from the high-efficiency windows. We also added a rear parking space and shared patio.
