A sweet townhome in a hot & trendy neighborhood

This neighborhood has continued to surprise us with all of its phenomenal restaurants and hip hangouts that are too cool for even us. We updated this house with new hardwood floors on all three levels, new high-efficiency HVAC system, new kitchen with butcher block countertops and fully painted interior, exterior and deck. The rear of the house has an intimate patio perfect for a reading garden or some vegetables. We also created a spot just for a grill. The location of this home could not be better. New restaurants and bars regularly pop up within blocks of the house and we have a DC Streetcar stop and Capital Bikeshare rack just a few steps from the house. There is a weekly farmers market also at the end of the block! If it already wasn't an exciting neighborhood, REI and Whole Foods are opening soon - again just a few blocks away.
